Important changement in the Clan's structure:

The rang "admin" will only be given to the Members of the Council till now. This means that these and the Leaders will be the only members who are allowed to recruit new staff for the clan.
This changement is connected to a changement of recruitment-politics in this clan.
We grew very fast in the last few weeks, and because we never wanted to become too big, we will recruit less persons and we will choose who is allowed to become a member of this community.
The criterions of "better" clanmembers are:
- the age; older is better because of experience and character
- the runescape experience; so that they can help other members
- whether they are foreigners or german; sounds racistic if I don't add that we prefer freigners. The reason of that is the internationality of this clan and the different ways of thinking and experience. if this community was more "colorful", it would be more interesting
